It's hard to get an exact value for either GPU because that information isn't public.

NV40 cards can give you a ballpark figure for the whole card. For example, regular 6800 PCI-E cards ("NV45", but just a regular NV40 + a bridge chip) uses less than 75W since it doesn't use external power connectors and relies on the up to 75W that the slot provides. The card uses less than 75W, but that figure also includes the power for the bridge, memory, fan, voltage conversion, etc. The 6800 Ultra cards can use around 100W peak, according to nvidia.

A clue to the go 6800 Ultra is that the XPS2 is a 70W (or something) chasis. The TDP of motherboard + CPU + drives + display inverter + CPU doesn't exceed that value, meaning the go 6800 Ultra module is operating under the 50W range, likely in the low-40s watt range maximum.
 
The nvidia cards have lower power consumption when idle due to clock scaling, just as a note.
