GPU Water Cooling Chipset Block VS Full Block?

If I am going to have a GPU under full load 24/7, would it be a much better idea for me to pay twice as much for a full water block as opposed to a chip block with vram heatsinks? I am worried the vram may get too hot with only heatsinks. The GPU is a XFX 6850. Thanks.
 
I use a universal rasa block on my 5870 with great temps. And ill be able to use that water block when I upgrade next since its universal. Win win!
 
One never done bitcoining so I couldn't tell you, but heavy gaming has never been an issue. :)
