Currently running 3 stock bios 6950's powercolor x2/MSI reference cards. When I play any game I seem to be getting serious gpu usage dips and spikes.

Example Metro 2033 I can hit a spot in a map where GPU usage between all 3 cards dip to 60% across the graph and frames drop to 10-15. When running any type of stability or burn-in test with furmark or 3dmark I get graphs similar to this user.

Its not game specific either it also is affecting BC2.
I've tried all different drivers/caps same effect.

Rest of the card appears to work fine no dips in voltage/memory.

I did have some stability issues with a flashed bios (driver crashing/lockups). I reverted back couple weeks ago to stock and have had no issues so far... So it seem the cards are still good.
