okay well, my temps on my 7900GT KO eva seems to be hitting 70c 71 at MAX ive seen..

Is that safe temps for my card?

and another question is there anyway to raise fan speeds simliar to the way ATItool does it..

the way atitool does it is when it hits certain temps the fan will spin faster and you can set the % of fan spinnage .. :p help would be appriciated :) im a newb when it comes to nvidia stuff

Its perfectly save at those temps, but it would be better if you spent a little more on cooling but not really needed my card reaches that 71c also.. these cards are rated to run over 85c on stock cooling.

That's not an unusual temp at all for a factory overclocked card. If it bothers you invest in some third party cooling, eVGA doesn't void your warranty if you install a third party cooler. :)

EVGA allows overclocking and aftermarket cooling solutions, so to answer your question no it wont void your warranty whatsoever.

it voids warrenty if i use the coolbits ocing feature right?
No, only physical damage to the cards voids the EVGA warranty. A volt-mod gone wrong would be such a case..
