Is it bad overtime? 7950GT OC in SLi BFG product if it helps. Was wondering about the danger not of the gpu itself I know those die can run hot no danger but the memory...

Any input, suggestion is welcome.

If the memory is running too hot, then your programs will crash or display artifacts very early. Prolonged high-heat operation will probably shorten its lifespan, but if the product is working fine, then you should be ok. I'm not sure if they're included, but they don't, get some RAM heatsinks if you're really that concerned. If you're running these guys unoverclocked, straight from the factory, then I wouldn't worry about the temperatures. Just make sure the case is well ventilated since you're running SLI and keep gamin'. :)

The GPU temps are a little high but well within the operating temperature (those won't damage until the 120C range). Just be a little weary if they go above 90-95C. At those temps, you probably have something blocking the airflow in the HSF.

Yea, those temps are OK, but make sure if you can, see if you can route some better airflow.
