I'm still debating going water-cooling with something like a Zalman Reserator but I was wondering if there is any GPU block on the market that is designed to, or very easily mod-able to, cooling the GPU & RAM as it seems to me just cooling the GPU & leaving the RAM to passive cooling isn't the greatest idea in the world of SFF chassis.

Even in an SFF passive cooling the RAM is just fine. That being said, there are a number of blocks that cool the GPU+RAM.

DangerDen NV-68
AquaComputer 6800rev2
Innovatek makes one (cool o matic I think they call it)
Koolance makes one as well

there may be a few more I am leaving out.
