GPU overheating, time to bake it?

One of my GPUs started to run up the temps on any work unit it was crunching. My T-rad cooler was doing a great job until the other day the temps went up to 90c. The heatsink was really hot as well (no I did not touch it). I tore down the card and nothing seemed to be out of order.

So, do I fire up the oven?
 
Remount the heatsink first and see if that helps. Also, check your case, and make sure all of your fans are working properly and nothing is blocking airflow to the GPUs.
 
Wouldn't hurt to also give everything a good shot with some compressed air. Make sure there isn't any dust in there clogging airflow.
 
Take apart and blow dust out, reapply thermal paste with something decent like AS5 or NTH1.
Crank up the fan :)
 
Cleaned everything out, reseated the T-rad heatsink w/ NT-H1 (had some when I bought my cooler) and made sure fans are plugged into PSU and so they are going full blast. Still getting too hot. Card 1 is still happy though.

If there is an upside my ppd went up for my bigadvs but it still don't make up for the points lost from the GPU.
