GPU folding problem on 4650

I cannot for the life of me get this up and running. i keep getting the UNSTABLE MACHINE error even tho nothing on this particular rig is OC'd. I put it through each of the OCCT tests for an hour each & it passed them all. I even tried underclocking my 4650 and it still won't run. I'm running the 9.12 cats.

anyone have any ideas?

i'm the only user on the PC, so obviously i'm the administrator... When I try to Run As..., and try and log in as "Administrator" and then use my current password, it tells me logon failure
 
Have you given full folder access to 'everybody'?
Otherwise, may you delete and use the installable gpu2 client?
