GPU Client Hanging

I just started running the GPU client on my X1900XTX and after finishing one WU, and getting 71% done with another, it started to hang.

I think the mistake I made was running ATi Tool's maximum clock speed utility while the client was running, obviously overloading the GPU (the machine crashed).

Still, I uninstalled the client, reinstalled it, and now it hangs before starting to run a work unit. Any ideas?

EDIT Generally it stalls when 'Starting GUI Server'. I also have one standard client installed, the CPU affinity is set to core 0 on the standard, core 1 on the standard client. I think another problem could have been installing the standard client as a service.

Well, I managed to fix it myself. I don't know what the exact cause of the problem was, but the XTX is wailing away now with a new WU.
