GPU Bridge TRIPLE Serial for 2 cards possible?

Is made for 3 cards but If I want to run it for now with just 2 cards is it possible to seal the middle slot shut for dual gpu watercooling?

Do I need to buy some special seal for the middle slot?

Ek makes blanks for their bridges, specifically for doing what you're asking. Although you obviously said serial, they do make separate blanks for serial or parallel bridges, so I'd double check just to make sure.
