I have a bracket with my case but if I install the bracket it covers like a 1/3 of the fan.
Anything better?

I'm running a small fabric USB strap with a nylon loop (packaged with multiple SD card + USB readers I bought in the past) to tie it to the protruding drive cage in my case, while I look for a permanent solution. Surprisingly, being a dark nylon loop, it's almost invisible so it doesn't look bad.

I installed the bracket that came with my case it's overlapping the 3rd fan there is some clearance.
I just ran Superpostion benchmark and temps are fine the fan doesn't seem to show any drag or resistance thing I'll just stick with it. I was thinking of picking up a dremel took and cutting off maybe 1/2 inch. It's a plastic bracket that came with my Bitfenix Shogun I have two extras if I decide to cut some off.
