I must say this thing is pretty decent. If your in the market for a high end PSU and you don't want the loud PCP&C fan this is a great alternative, but it is not totally silent either.

Under dual small FFT tests in P95 with my overclocked FX-60 the 12v rail doesn't budge from 11.97-12.03v. The 3.3v is around 3.30v and the other rails are near perfect as well.

One major gripe I have about this PSU is the cabling. The PCIe and 8-pin 12v connectors are all in one sleeve and the molex and SATA connectors are all in another sleeve so making things tidy is pretty tough.

Overall this PSU is a great alternative to the PC P&C PSUs but doesn't come cheap at $236.

On a similar note and because I am a cheap skate, I got the Enermax EG565P-VE FMA 535W ATX 12V Ver 2.0 for 99$ CDN and its working perfectly well - if you dont want to shell out big $ and want a PSU that runs overclocked Opterons @ 2.9ghz and geforce 7900Gts in SLI - this is a better choice. the 12v rail is pretty sold too, no instabilities.

Its not silent, but nrither is my computer with 8 case fans- I perfer to know the PSU fan is working personally... its adjustable and I have it on max - still not too loud even then.

Cables are the perfect length - no complaints. On mine the pci-e, SATA, and 12v conenctors are seperate.

Best bang for buck PSU - its not painted purple or green but if your old school like me and dont care about that, you want something that works! this is a great PSU for the $.
