I have. Both 2400+ mobiles I've ordered have not been able to break 2.4 at any voltage (although highest I could get was 1.850), even at 1.850 thats unacceptable for only 2.4 ghz, when ive seen people get that with 1.70 or even STOCK VOLTAGE. I have watercooling and temps have never broken 40C in a hot, hot room.

anyone else have bad luck? could it possibly be my motherboard, strange enough? I cant get a higher multi than 12.5x and it might have a problem with 200 FSB and these chips (even though my old 2500+'s never had any problems).

Several people have posted bad luck experiences with the 2400+M's. I'm one of them.

Do what I did - get a 2600+M and be happy. $20 more for currently 300 MHz more. worth it? maybe.

You should try a different mobo with yours, if you can kronchev. Most of the big successes I've seen have come out of NF7 and DFI Infinities. Maybe see if you can get your hands on one of them, just to try it out. Can't hurt, right?

Where did you get your processor?

And what are the steppings?

I have a 2500+M running in a shuttle @ 1.5V and it'll hit 2.2GHz stable.

i've always heard the IQYHA is a good stepping to have, and that's what my mobile is.

Wonder if there is a stepping that is bad for overclocking?
If so you may have a processor with that stepping. :(
