The panel I received had a REV02

The banding issues appears to be fixed, I'm not seeing it anymore.

As a bonus, it looks like Dell dumped the Samsung panels and are back to using the LG panels.
 
Do you have wfp (wide) or fp (4:3)?

WFP has always been LG S-IPS.

The FP was the panel that changed to Samsung PVA.
 
That's good. I PM'ed the Dell mod yesterday to get the process started but have not heard back yet. I have A00 right now.
