Well today I received my new camera, and it's going to take me awhile to learn half of it lol, but I'll get it some day.

My friend has the same camera and he seems very happy with it.
It sure does have some nice features.

Most important of all, have fun learning how to use your new camera!
 
welcome to the K10D club! i love mine! i just got back from a 2-week road trip and got to use the camera extensively. I'm still amazed how well thought out the controls are.

My only suggestion is that if you shoot only JPG, keep in mind that the default JPG settings takes a much more "hands-off" approach which is great for those who like post-processing, but won't appeal to those who don't.
If you don't like post-processing, then set the JPG settings to "Bright" mode with a touch of contrast and sharpness added to taste. You'll get excellent JPG images straight out of the camera with those settings.
