Installed them just a few minutes ago and I'm testing my loop for leaks. If you have a motherboard with 1 slot between the cards the red safety clips will push up against the card below it.

I'll post more info after my leak test.

I had the Koolance EXOS Al with the NV2 blocks in SLi and a H06-300 CPU block.

With both cores running prime and both cards rendering RTHDRIBL the GPU temps are 47-48C compared to 56-59C.

CPU temps have dropped to 44C compared to 60C, the Storm just pwns.

I am now a Swiftech customer for life :) The system is a little noisy as I have a 92mm fan at full speed actively cooling my RAM for OCing but these temps are totally worth it.

and those temps are load right, also what gpu you running and ram sinks, by chance you have pics

yea, could definately use some info on the ram sinks on the 7800... i will probably get the 55 as well for it, and im not sure which ramsinks to get.. are they all standard sizes?

You will get the same OC with that 92mm running on its slowest speed. All Ram needs in the way of active cooling is the slightest hint of a breeze. Ram doesn't even need the heat spreaders on most ram these days, hence why G.Skill ram, some of the best for overclocking does not include them. Heat spreaders are merely bling, because they really arent needed to keep the RAM sufficiently cool.

I get errors with that fan at the slowest speed, but none at a higher fan speed. Ballistix Tracer 2x1GB run HOT.

I got the OCZ BGA copper ramsinks, the one on the back of the 2nd card that runs by the tubing needs to be bent so the tube doesn't push on it. My system specs are in my sig... running 2x7800GTXs @ 500mhz.

Those temps are with both cores and both GPUs running at load. I'll try to get some pics but I'll have to steal someones digital camera first :)

cool well pics would be great i could help you beat some one up to get their digi :) and your temps are sweet my GTX loads at 81C @537mhz and 1.35ghz, havent checked out sig yet but are you running the H2O-Apex by chance

Swiftech H20-APEX w/ STORM CPU block & 2xMCW55s GPU blocks

yep.

My buddy is going to H20 his SLI 7800 GTX setup on a DFI Ultra SLI, and I recommended the MCW55, but wasn't too sure about the clearance. So they fit, but it's a tight fit? Still waiting on pics.
