Got my Evga 6800 LE

Gave my brother my 6800 and got a LE. Wow for around the same price as my 6800 two months later they give me a underclocked ultra. Came with 16 pipes open and everything..not bad get it while you can. The memory is underclocked as well about 700. Ive seen another thread on that so I guess ill see how riva does on the oc.

I'm trying to get one just for the dual DVI, I doubt I will overclock mine b/c I've heard some stories about OCs working at first, but a few weeks later the cards die - remember, it is the LE for a reason, if they could sell it as an Ultra for $500, I'm sure they would.

Where did you get yours?

I oced the mem all was fine but the fps score in cs source went down from 82 to 80. Strange ill just keep it at 700. I got mine from zipzoomfly.com. Yeah ill follow that advice to.

Mine came like yours and I had to contact ZZF to get a new bios from EVGA. They got a batch in with the wrong bios and all it needs is a flash. Or you could check out the following threads and try one of ultra bios to get better overclocks. Mine is now clocked at 436/1138 and runs as cool as before and stable as a rock.
