Got my comp OCed finally -- Video problem now

Well I got my comp OCed to 300x9 (2.7Ghz) and it runs good and stable and all except for the fact that everytime I turn on my comp, my vid card does a GPU recover and tells me to restart. Do you know if the AGP lock might not be working at 100%? I tryed increasing the AGP voltage but no luck there. Any input would be great. Thank you.
 
Is it prime95 stable? If so, it could be the AGP lock. It is very important that this work--since many of these cards do not perform well outside spec (66mhz)
 
Try turning of "Fast Write" in one of the option menus for your video card. (right click, properties, options, fastwrite...something like that)

Could be, might want to google around. I remember reading somewhere that the locks weren't working correctly. I can't remember if this problem was just isolated to the Nforce3 boards though.
