Got my 6600GT (agp)

[Juan Sanchez]

Popped the little card(about the size of my 9700 Pro) in my Biostar Ideq (mini pc). Runs much cooler then the 9800 Pro I had in their. The HSF on the 6600 chip itself is very cool (like my 6800 GT) but the HSI bridge chip gets really toasty and it's Heat Sink is hot to the touch. Another funny part of the 6600GT is that it is read as being a PCI-e 16x card not an agp card. Runs great and other then the HSI heat thing it runns very cool. BTW I got the XFX one which uses 1 ghz DDR-3 as opposed to 900 mhz DDR-3. Anyone else get this card?

just curious, how loud is this card? i'm thinking about getting one myself...

Very quiet, about the same as my 9700 Pro (the card it replaced) was.
