Though i wonder if that part of the fan touching the metal piece will be a problem?
 
If they made it a little bit bigger you could put the board inside of it to use it as a case.

Update on this,all installed..

even did a test on the case make sure it fits

went on nicely..i still have yet to get a gfx card though..tough choices on that for the moment.
 
Well that depends on your budget and what games you intend to play.
