Got a Problem with iexplore32......

I have Zone Alarms Firewall and it tells me often that iexplore32 tried to send like 5 emails in less than 2 seconds.... Could this be because i have broadband or just cuz my Computer has a trojan or a virus of some sort ?
Also, Is it safe to delete iexplore32 ???

Apparantly, it's spread through P2P networks but most common in Kazaa.

it's excellent that your firewall caught this, but why aren't you running AV software? AVG is free and at least protects you to a point.
