No offense, but why not just plug a fan in and see if it works, and if not, try something else.
I honestly didn't remember it being anything difficult, sorry to sound mean, but just give it a shot.
jimgeagea said:can u connect them all to the lcd hardcanno which has only 4 fans?
Why not? Not all of us have the time/tools/skills/interest to modify or contruct cases by hand.Borgschulze said:Read the manual.

What he said, except that you don't need the Y-splitters. Just plug one fan's molex into the other, and then plug the pair of fans into the hardcano.siegecraft4 said:I have the Xaser III as well and inspite of what others may say, setting up the Hardcano was a bit intimidating at first. Each connection coming out of the Hardcano is labelled to let you know which knob controls which fans. The manual specifies exactly how many fans you can connect to each control channel. Two of the channels support more fans than the others. If I were you I would set up zones like the previous poster mentioned. Plug the y-splitters of the fans you want to control together into one another. Then find a free plug on those y-splitters and plug that into the power/control cable coming from the knob you want to use on your HardCano.
I have the first rheostat controlling my CPU fan, the second for my front intakes, the third for my rear exhausts, and the fourth for my side fans and blowhole fan. This setup allows me to adjust intake/exhaust separately and reach a compromise between cooling performance and noise.
The other connections coming out of the Hardcano are for power and for the CPU temp probe. Once again, everything is labeled and the manual is pretty decent. Hope this helped.
FYI, all the connectors will create alot of airflow blocking clutter in your case. I would recommend routing all the wires behind the motherboard tray and securing them there with tape and ties. That worked great for me.
