So i knew my cables were messy and all so today i finally cleaned them up the best i could. Plugged everything back in the way it was and now my temps are really high at idle. My 8800GTS 640MB is idleing at 70C, i cant touch my RAM without taking my fingers away from them getting burnt and same with my northebridge. What happened to my tempatures?

well 70c can be normal for that card. most 8800's before the newest revision (8800 GT and 512 gts) idle arround 50-70.

As far as your ram, it should NEVER get that high. I dont know what could cause that other then a really high voltage. I mean most ram doesnt even need to be cooled, so it should never get that hot. I would check your voltages in your bios and make sure it didnt set some super high #. Should be 1.8-2.1ish.

NB's can get hot, check your bios and see what it has its temp as. Its common for them to reach 60c, which would definately be warm to the touch.

My overclocked cpu at 3.6ghz the northbridge stays at 44c. When running Orthos it can reach 50c. I guess its normal and southbridge stays at 42c on P35 board.

The RAM is back to normal and so is everything else. Found out my front fans LEDs turned on but the power plug i plugged it into wasnt giving it enough power. Its fixed now but my RAM voltage it at 1.9v. But my RAM can still be warm like kinda hot but its not so bad that i have to take my fingers off them but is this caused by them being so close together? I do have all 4 slots being taken up and i used to have a fan on them but it just jammed em with dust so i took it off.

Set a fan blowing on the ram.
I always have a fan inside the case cooling the hotter components.
Mine is cooling the ram, cooling the back of my graphics card and moving air around the motherboard heatsinks, blowing towards the rear of the case,
