I need to buy a new PSU and i read the threads and came across these 2.
Fortron 400W Blue Storm
Fortron 500W Blue Storm
They both sound good to me. I hear the fortrons are good (read stickies). But the reason i I need a new one is that my currentl no name 420W, i believe, crapped out. So i want a good replacement. First question since both of these have 2 12 volt rails, if i use one will that mean they will operate at 30A instead of 15 when using 2? (I am leaning towards the 400W since i do not think i need anymore to drive my computer, though it does not have PFC, if that is even needed) Also the main reason i chose one of these is that there is no adjustable pots. I am not really that expereinced and do not want to deal with that. But they are cheaper, for example the fortron 530W. or Fortron 400W (only 18A on the 12 volt rail, is that okay?) Any suggestions. Any of these good? If there is any other's (different brands etc) you recommend please feel free to tell me. Thanks.

Dual 12v rails means that one 12v rail is used for everything on your mb like your processor, pci cards, agp. the other 12v rail is used for your molex connections to your drives and so on.
