I imagine not, and it depends on how much other stuff you have running. I would go on the safe side and buy something stronger, to not risk frying your rig.
 
well all I have is a 2200+ 1GB PC2700 RAM, a DVD RW and a 80GB Maxtor, and a USB card reader. all the stuff that draws power off the system.
 
Don't listen to the n00b, he is just guessing you're talking about a regular run-of-the-mill POS ATX power supply. The video card should run fine on that...
