Google - stop making everything spanish!!!!

so i had to create a Google account, and i set my country as Costa Rica, and i set my Google.com settings to English and all is well, until i go into my account and everything is in Spanish, i used the Google translate to make it all English but i can not find any place to change my account to be in English...

I changed my country from CR to United States but i guess it does IP filtering as everything is still in Spanish.......


am i missing an option somewhere...

go to the www.google.com home page, in the bottom right click on "google.com in english"

if you clear your browser cookies on exit, you'll have to do this every time. It does detect by IP

I had to do the same thing in Italy last year, its a pain lol.
