Google + invite button is up

so heres the deal. click on the "learn more" button and make a bookmark for the page that has "join google+" once you click on that you'll see another screen that probably says "we have temporarily reached our capacity" just keep trying to click join every once in a while and eventually you'll get in. it took me over a day of clicking on it a few times an hour.
