To be perfectly honest, I have no idea how Google even keeps track of all this crap. Tens of millions of duplicate requests, invalid URLs, errors and other stuff have to make the whole process even more complicated.

Google has released a new and improved version of its Copyright Transparency Report. The revamped report makes it easier to get insights into over a billion reported URLs. Among other things, Google now specifies how many URLs it does not remove and why, highlighting various cases of DMCA abuse.
 
So number one is BPI; not a big surprise there, but number 2 isn't RIAA/MPAA or an affiliate. It's a company called MG premium, if you google them you find out it's Brazzers (some porn company).
