I have recently released a patch to quickly fix the "cannot scroll up using certain touch pads" issue for Google Chrome (until Chrome is fixed officially).

Just run chrome_patch.exe. It will patch chrome.dll to fix the issue.

Of course, if you are using the developer builds I believe this issue is fixed. But if you want an instant and simple fix then you can run this patcher.

The patcher will attempt to find and patch the installed version of chrome.dll. You patch a specific installation by running the program from the same folder as chrome.dll.
