I know most of you probably already know this however I saw a few people who didn't.
Chrome has issues with Windows 7 x64, where navigating and such simply do not work. However there's a very simple fix, in the shortcut change the following:
Target: "C:\Users\Your User\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"
to
Target: "C:\Users\Your User\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --in-process-plugins
Then run it from that shortcut, or pin that shortcut to your Start/Taskbar.
