I'm looking for a good windows tablet.
Would like at least 2gb ram... 4gb preffered.
32gb storage minimum.
8-10 inch screen
Full size USB port would be nice
No more then $250

You won't find anything with 4GB of ram at the price point. The MS store sells the Asus Vivo Tab 8 for $150.00 or if you have a Microcenter near by you can grab a WinBook TW802 for $100.00.

I have the TW801, while nice device it needs quite a few improvements.

especially the screen outside.

There are Teclast Atom tablets; dual boots win and android. like the x98 air which have gotten good reviews on yt. Price isnt too bad either.

I just acquired an Onoda 961w. Build quality isn't on par with Asus or Samsung, but its a great 8.1 device for ~150.

In 60 days you'll be able to get hardware "tuned" for Win 10. Might want to think about timing.

Hardware isn't going to change much between now and Windows 10 release. At $250 range it'll probably remain Bay Trail or Cherry Trail at best. Better to buy now so you get both Windows 8.1 and free Windows 10 upgrade.
