I have searched this forum and have only found a few articles on mics. I currently have soe HD280 and HD 150 headset. I also have the logitech USB desktop mic. I have found that the headset mic on my HD150 is far better than the desktop, mainly due to it being so close to my mouth. I really really want to use my HD280 because they sound so great but when I am on teamspeak, the voice just isnt as good. Any suggestions? My goal is to be able to use my HD280 with some sort of mic that works well.

my mic that i took from my mom's gateway works great. maybe logitech's mics aren't that good. For teamspeak, I would just try another brand of a sub-$10 mic and return it if you get the same bad results.
