Good SSD for $100?

Looking for an SSD as a new primary drive. Don't want to spend more than a hundred or 150. 128GB would be really good.

I haven't been paying attention to SSDs due to price, but they seem to have come down a LOT lately.

Recommendations? Best performance over price for me, but within $100-150
 
128GB Samsung 830, has been on sale for $90 - $110 in various places during the past month.
 
Yeah looks good. I might spring for it soon. I'll wait a little bit and see if prices come down even more.
