Those are the parts I am planning on purchasing, are they good for OCing?

I am going to OC and I would like to know if I should use that heatsink I have listed there, or save that $46.00 and add it to the $88.00 I have left over from my parts and get a WC setup, because I want a really quiet PC.

orrr.. should i spend that extra money and get better parts?!?!

you should get the ThermalTake Silent Boost
its rated at 21 dBa and it works very nice, i have one and i can safely recommend it :D

What video card are you getting? Also, if you can find a Zalman or Fortron PSU, you should get those over the CoolMax.

I am probably going to stick with my GeForce4 Ti4200, and see how it holds up, if not I will upgrade to something ~$160

Oh and sorry for not mentioning it but, I am going to be using my Antec 350watt PSU which I will be ripping out of my current system and replacing it with the cheaper PSU I am going to be purchasing. A lot of people seem to like Forton, I guess I will use that instead, thanks.
