If you are trying to stay afloat of new attacks and vulnerabilities, full-disclosure and bugtraq are still legit. There are a lot of "discussion" lists on seclists.org and securityfocus for things like the security industry, IDS/FW discussion etc. Also, the nanog mailing list has proven to be top notch for new works or systemic attacks in the past.

For decent reviews of (often ridiculously expensive) security hardware and software, SC magazine (http://scmagazineus.com) is pretty good. It is one of the few worthwhile trade publications I've seen.
