Good SATA bay?

Looking for a good SATA enclosure for 5.25 bays. Preferably one that give you more HDs than bayspace (4 in 3, 5 in 3). Should support SATA 3.0Gbps. Cooling and drive safty are the prime factors here, though it would be nice if it looked good too. Does nto need to be hotswap, but that would be nice. And under $150. Thanks for your help, I have seen a few out there, but know very little about what features thay have. I would like to get the 5 in 3 supermicro that NE sells, but that is a bit beyond my price point :)
