I'm in the market to pickup a small form factor machine to replace my file server at home. The machine pretty much is just used for storing my multimedia files and once in a while as an email/surfing machine when we have guests stay with us. I've been reading a lot of these threads and I see that a lot of people build their own machines but at the moment I'm looking for more of a retail level solution. Are there any brands/models which are really great? Are there any that I should totally stay away from?
