Good PSU for my computer?

Anyone disagree with me purchasing this PSU? I'll upgrade my video card around chrismas time to a high end nvidia card, but that's pretty much it.

Or should I get this instead for alittle more?

Would the extra 65 watts make a difference if I'm planning to get a high end nvidia card around december?

Get the 485. I had the 420w. It's a good PSU, but I had 4x HDD's so that put it over the edge.

My buddy that I sold it to, is running it w/ a X800GTO2 overclocked w/a opteron 148 @ 2.95ghz on a neo4 plat with 1x hdd.
