I need a good proxysevice or software.

I also would like to know,

If I use proxy, and use my IP's e-mail account to register on a forum. Will this forum somehow get to know my real IP address?

Check out Tor, it's not really a proxy but it may do what you want.

https://www.torproject.org/

Keep in mind, with any anonymizing service there is always the possibility of your real IP leaking, as it's not really like a VPN where all traffic is going through it, it's only specific type of traffic like HTTP and that traffic needs to be told to go through it (the browser tells it to). Ex: some clever javascript could make your browser bypass Tor (or even a proxy) and connect directly. You want to disable JS, flash etc completely to play things safe. When I use Tor I personally use the Tor browser, that way it's a completely separate browser from my main one so less chance of my ID leaking. Ex: cookies etc. If you want to play it really safe you use a VPN, then connect to Tor through the VPN. If anything "leaks" your IP it will be the VPN one.

Some discussion forums void:
*connection that come through TOR nodes. So no use to me.
*They also void free e-mail accounts.

For example fok.nl (if you can read Dutch).

That's why I ask for advice

I use PIA vpn. They have a ton of different proxy locations, if I want better ping times I can use a US proxy and if I am down loading some linux distros I can use a overseas proxy.

If I use proxy, and use my IP's e-mail account to register on a forum. Will this forum somehow get to know my real IP address?

It will associate the email address that can be tied back to you to a VPN service. Not a huge deal if you just dont want your boss to be able to find that you like midget porn but if your worried about black helicopters then this is a inroad for them to track you.

If you want to mask your IP then you can choose vpn or proxy. Sure Proxy allows to use internet anonymously but your data transactions are not protected, unlike VPN as there is no safe tunnel involved here. Also, your sensitive data will not be encrypted. You need to know that proxy server won’t protect you from the hackers who are trying to access your sensitive data. So, you have to be careful with the way you use the internet via a proxy server.

VPN + Tor/proxy is a good bet if you really want to be safe. VPN will encrypt your data leaving your network so your ISP and local authorities just see a steam of data going to 1 IP that is outside their jurisdiction, the proxy/tor will anonimyze it from that exit point. The data will be unencrypted at the exit node but no one will really be able to know it's you. Even if someone traces the entire Tor path they'll hit the VPN server. How you pay for your VPN server can be used to track it down to you though. Use bitcoin, or gift card bought with cash, etc. There are ways to track, mostly via timing of packets, but I'm not sure if this is actually something that's done, you can't prove anything, just assume. Ex: 100kb of data leaves your network, and about 100kb of unencrypted data leaves a machine somewhere in Russia at the same time stamp. I don't even know if that would hold up in court let alone being able to actually trace that consistently.

As a side note when you do use VPN, tor, etc do not log in to your every day accounts, or use your every day identity. I personally use the Tor browser, to keep it completely separate. No chance of super cookies or stuff of that nature to accidentally cross reference to the real me.

But after all this, Kyle will still find you.
