Good prebuilt systems?

Looking for a reliable site to buy prebuilt systems. A friend wants to buy the best bang for the buck for her kids, around $750 give or take a hundred or so. Dell seems so bloated to me, don't have time to build one for her, newegg's prebuilt pc's look like garbage? I could be wrong. No monitor needed.

AVA, Puget, Velocity Micro are all good. I configured a system through ABS about a year ago for a friend, and they have been very happy so far....

Ok, all I see there is systems starting at $2200, took all the cheapest options and only got it down to $1500.
