Hey guys I work as a tech and I'm looking for a good power supply tester that puts a load on the unit. Most that you find are these cheap little crappy ones that pull maybe 20-25 watts but I want one that puts a good load on it. Any ideas?

Chroma :p

you need to assemble and its going to end up looking like this

which is Lee Garbutt's test rig

the primary tool is a highly accurate RMS multimeter

I have my fluke 87 which is a great meter. As far as that DBS-2100 how much is it or do i want to know. Yea I've been thinking I need to just make something but I would rather buy one.

as far as a resistive load, think that is the best idea ;)
I havent found much on the DBS-2100

Like the Chroma array above I gather the DBS-2100 is an older modual of a bigger array
another make would be the Fast Auto series

Chroma arrays are fairly typical when you see Intel Certifications
