If i get something like this - does anyone know if these things are any good ? I love how they dont need a AC power adapter (only USB cable)

Whats the rotation speed on these things ?
Are they just for storing data or can i run it all the time ?
 
Most likely it's 4200 RPM, but there's a slight possibility it's 5400 RPM. You can run it all you want.
