Should have 6 to 8 ports and be reasonably priced. Must work with 32-bit Win2k3 Server and would prefer hot-swap capability.
 
M1015 in IT mode... 8 SAS/SATA drives, 6gb/s ports, hot swappable. ~$100 on eBay if you're lucky and compatible with just about anything (though check first).
