Good overclocking board?

I need a good overclocking board for the rig in my sig. The only real requirement besides it being compatible with my stuff is that it has to be micro atx because of how i have my pump mounted, also i dont need sli so everything fits on a micro atx board.

Now im willing to spend some money for a decent ocing board but cheaper is always much much better. im looking to spend around $120 or so, preferably less but we'll see. i can get to 3.8ghz right now but i know its mobo limited, i've built 2 systems near identical to this and they are all limited at 3.6-3.8 (some b/c of cooling issues though)

kind of liking the gigabyte b/c its am3 also but there isnt any reviews on it, any suggestions on which is better?
 
The gigabyte is brand new so probably won't see any reviews for a week or two.
The Dfi has a track record and reviews so unless you need one right now I'd wait a bit to get a better comparison.

btw the Dfi can run AM3 cpu's as well just needs the latest bios.
 
just out of curiosity will the boards listed above be able to unlock cores on cpu's? it looks like they can b/c they have the right sb and nb and stuff but is there any bios's for that?
 
neither of these boards seem to be getting goof reviews imo, i was wondering if i drop the micro atx requitement is there any other good boards out there?
 
It seems gigabyte boards are better for unlocking...however I only speak from reading on the am3 boards, not am3/am2+.
