MSI k8N Neo2 plat
AMD 3500 Athlon 64 (newcastle)
GFX = nvidia fx 5200 128 mb ( my old one )
on board soun and internet
seagate 120 gb 7200 rpm hdd
2 x 512 kingston hyperx 3200 ddr
1 dvd burner
1 dvd reader
1 floppy
thermaltake 5000a xaser 5 series
windows XP SP 2
430 watt true power Antec PSU

Is this a good aquamark score or bad for my system:

I'd say it's average.

For that video card, that's not a bad result at all. It's holding you back big time though with that processor. I would think that if you spent about $100 or so on a 6600 gt or standard you'd probably post over 15k easy. Which will give you a good idea of the difference in performance. I know an ati x800 pro on my system ( for game purposes a single opteron 246(2gig)) i was hitting 30k on aquamark but, ati always had better d3d performance. On my 6800 gt oc I'm only hitting about 20k, which, really, is still damn good.
 
Does that say 4K CPU score? I have a 9k CPU score on my A64 2800+. My buddy use to have a fx5200, I would say that is probally right.
