Whats a good Newegg alternative and has service similar to Newegg and has sandy bridge cpu's in stock?

I want to build a new system but on a tight budget and Newegg charges me tax. If I cant find a good alternative I'll have to go with 4gb of ram for like a month until i can buy another chip.
 
amazon? not sure of the SB stock, but a lot of the time they're 1:1 in price on some stuff.
 
Find everything on Newegg and then check out Amazon. Good shipping, prices, and fast. Although newegg is good on some stuff as well.
