Good mini-itx case

I'm looking at building a new Windows home server box around an Atom mini-itx board. I've done a bit of searching and haven't found many real good bets for a mini-itx case. I need:

- quiet to silent psu of decent quality
- ability to hold 2 x 3.5 inch hard drives
- no need for an optical drive
- size is not a huge issue, I don't need the tiniest little case ever
- not too expensive, definately under $100

Anyone have a case they really like; I'm interested in opinions and insights.
