hello, i just got an LCD for a customer.. Samsung 19" and i was just wondering.. what are some good monitor setting for someone who wants to play a lot of the newer games coming out? like Call of Duty 2 and all that. also... what is it that makes thin text so hard to read on this thing?? thanks
 
for that monitor, i'd guess you have to run it at 1280x1024 (or 1600x1200); whatever is listed as the panels native resolution, on an LCD if you do not run it at native, it needs to use interpolation to display the lower res, and image quality suffers, making text extremely blurry
