Good IPS monitor on the budget?

Hi can any one recommend a good IPS monitor for photo editing and printing on the budget? Right now im looking at Dell 2209WA. What about NEC's?

i don't want U2311H because it has por viewing angles.. don't now why is that, but 2209WA is better in that aspect

i was thinking 2209WA which is about 161 pounds. but i cant find it any more, it coult go 300 max

Dell ST2220T. It's better than all other e-ips screen I saw, because this monitor have a glossy screen.
