Good internal bluray.dvd player

In the words of Number 5: "Need input"

define: "bluray.dvd player" Do you need hardware to read the discs or software to play it back?

Both for movies. I'm thinking of getting bluray bc it will soon make dvd obsolete ? Or is that still far off?

Well, if you want cheap then pick up whatever you can find for an optical drive. (it almost doesn't matter)
For playback there's MakeMKV (free for now) if you're willing to wait ~30 mins to an hour for the movie to rip first.

Haven't used any commercial playback software in a long time myself as i've got a AnyDVD HD license and VLC. (if that fails it gets dropped into the PS3)
